Choose what style of tumbler you would like and then in the notes under the "Order Special Instructions" Box at checkout leave a description of what design you would like or just things that you like so that I can create a design for you. If you do this, I will be in contact with you for details and to show design for approval before tumbler is made. If you have a photo/image of your own that you would like on the tumbler, just let me know in the notes and I will email you for details and the image.

Please keep in mind all items are handmade with thought and care. There may be some imperfections, but we strive to make sure everything is shipped out ready to enjoy! Refunds will not be accepted once the order has been processed. All items are made to order, so once your items have started the production process there will be no refunds. If  you feel a refund is necessary please email us your requests and reasoning along with photos of the item(s).

Pre-Designed Orders will take 10-14 Business Days to create before shipping out. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Custom Orders can take up to 2 weeks to create before shipping out. This does not include weekends or holidays.
